Natural Kratom Capsules will only accept returns and provide refunds from purchases made on naturalkratomcapsules.com. All Natural Kratom Capsules products purchased via retail partners are not eligible for return or refund.

RETURN PROCESS FOR ONLINE ORDERS:

  1. All online ordered products may be returned within a 14-day period of receiving your product.
  2. Email us at orders@naturalkratomcapsules.com to inform us that you will be returning your product within the 14 days of purchase.
  3. For our records and to better serve others please include your reason for requesting a refund.
  4. No RMA is needed for returns however the customer is responsible for shipping the returned item within the return period.
  5. Email orders@naturalkratomcapsules.com with the tracking number for your return.
  6. Once we receive your package, we will confirm via email and issue a refund for your product. Please allow 7-10 days for your refund to be posted to your account.
