For centuries, people of East Asia have recognized and taken advantage of the many benefits of Kratom. It is typically taken by chewing the leaves, making tea with it, or smoking. In recent years, it has also been made into capsules and the like.
In Eastern medicine, Kratom is used to treat many ailments such as fever and diabetes. It also has a pain-relieving element so it can help with rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and other conditions that present with moderate pain.
